830PM: With a strong background as an educator and teacher, YEHUDAH KATZ has spent the past 25 years as a professional musician. His performances have brought him critical acclaim as a singer, guitarist, and composer, and he is also a producer of musical recordings and a director of numerous music festivals. He has shared the stage with many of Israel’s most popular artists including Ehud Banai , Shlomo Gronich, Shaanan Streett, Kobi Oz and Meir Banai.

As a longtime student and friend of Reb Shlomo Carlebach , Yehudah was fortunate to regularly accompany Reb Shlomo as he opened hearts through the power of music, story and personal connection. Yehudah has been blessed as well with the special opportunity to touch many lives through his own unique approach to music and storytelling, and it is an honor to host him at the Jerusalem Soul Center.
